Never been able to relate to the whole “There are no women in X industry/ we need more X women” schtick. Who cares? No one’s stopping anyone from doing things in this part of the world. Go do it yourself. Be that woman yourself.

But then they’d have to stop sitting around on social media complaining and actually go out and accomplish something, and that’s just too hard.

STEM means Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.  Logically, it should also include Biology which is primarily female.  But it doesn’t because mah narrative.
