It wouldn’t set a precedent for medical care anyway, because the case wasn’t about /who/ was buying the cake, but what /product/ they were trying to get the law to compel someone to provide. A doctor’s product, for lack of a better term, is healthcare, which they’re already legally and ethically required to provide. Neither case has to do with /who/ is involved, only with what is being sold and if you’re legally /forced/ to provide labor that involves speech or religious ideas, unlike medicine.
