Worth noting though, that that ENTIRE performance had an ulterior motive. He was making Helena and Mr Minos SO annoyed with him, that they never thought about him dropping the lollipop so it would pick up dead skin cells off the floor from Mr Minos, which might allow Dick to identify who he is.

Dick is doing what he’s been doing his whole career. Using the expectations of his appearance to take advantage of the bad guys presumptions about him.From being the kid in the silly costume, to the pretty boy who isn’t a REAL spy because he’s been a costumed hero for so long. 

Dick Grayson’s superpower? He’s a performer.
