With all the Smash hype figured I’d doodle my personal never gonna happen dream character concept! Okami HD releasing on Switch reawakened my long held desire to see Ammy in Smash and it’s fun to dream!

I didn’t do -every- single move, just the more interesting ones I could think of. Nintendo pls

Since I kept thinking about it after posting:

Also envisioning a system where you have a reservoir of ink that gets consumed whenever you use a brush power, recharging quickly. But if it runs out totally Ammy changes to her basic form and her brush powers are all weaker (maybe some dont even do anything at all?) for a few seconds till it recovers.

I like the characters with little mini systems like Robin and Little Mac and now Inkling so why not Ammy~

The man. The legend. A beautiful constant in a universe where everything was unpredictable, we had him. From dust to dust and into shadows. We will miss you. I find it fitting I came across this terrible horrible news in a class where we were discussing goodness and hero’s and legends. Thank you, Stan, for creating incredible hero’s, for giving me a universe to fall in love with, for bringing so much joy to my life through you hero’s. You are a hero Stan. We stan Stan Lee. Much love and prayers to the family.

“WHY DON’T YOU ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING INSTEAD OF PRAYING”

This accusation is so dumb because it reveals something that too few people understand: Prayer is spiritual strength to aid us in our earthly endeavors. Praying and physically doing something go hand-in-hand because one empowers the other.

I know this comes as a shock to some people but we live in an imperfect world with imperfect people, which means things can go wrong even if we “do something”. Calling for inspiration, help, and/or guidance for our lives and choices to a powerful deity is common sense, not a desperate bid to a magical genie in a sky so we have an excuse to twiddle our thumbs.

“Oh but some people do use prayer like this!!!” Don’t care. You shitting on spiritual practices – used by good people the world over – isn’t making the situation any better, anyway!

Now shut up, pray, and roll up your sleeves if you want any good to get done on this hell of an earth.

A longtime friend of mine reblogged a post defending sex work and saying all the exploitation in it is overestimated and caused by capitalism and I’m just here like “The Lord is testing me”

Time to drag your friend through the grinder of Truth and Virtue

So exploitation comes from capitalism….

How would re-distribution of sex workers not be exploitative????
