Honestly, Red Prince in the concept art looks like a gem but in game he looks like ET.

HAHAHAHA.  I choked with my tea when I read that. 
I guess he suffered the same process than Sebille XD. However, I prefer Sebille in-game over her version in concept art, they made more weird/uncommon elves instead the standard “perfect human body” elf. 

Lol the elves in game do look weird but its easy to get use to.

Anyhow, my guess is that what happened to Red had something to do with him being a lizard, because everyone else looks just about on point.
