Oh trust me, Mr. PSOSA is very good at laying down the law, he just has trouble hiding his amused giggles when the girls break a rule in a funny way.
If your kids steal/pickpocket your stuff you should confront them by saying “STOP RIGHT THERE CRIMINAL SCUM! Nobody breaks the law on MY watch!”
