I bought one of those rubber inflatable exercise balls bc my back is in so much pain and I cant stretch or do anything anymore to relieve it. It came today and I rolled on it on my back and it felt so good I almost started crying. Then I fell asleep like that. Hanging upside down on a rubber ball.
