The zygote, blastocyst, embryo, and fetus have the right to life, shared by every other human on the planet.
Bodily autonomy only exists so far as it does not infringe on the rights of someone else. For example, my freedom to do what I want with my body does not give me the right to punch someone in the face.
When someone is violating your rights, you have the right to stop them.
However, a helpless child is not your enemy. They’re not a threat to be neutralized. They’re an innocent child who needs protection. Notice that in all other areas, children get more legal protection because they are vulnerable, not less.
