My kid has started throwing things, hitting and pinching, and screaming, “I hate you,” to me. :( Those words aren’t spoken in our house and I am a SAHM so idk where else they’d be heard. I feel like a lousy parent, do you have any advice? Kiddo is 3 btw.

Normally acting out is a child’s way of expressing frustration or some other issue. They are super young and don’t have a big vocabulary, nor do they have the experience to deal with these “big emotions”. So, I can assure you that you are not alone in this.
