Therapy was really amazing even tho I was super anxious until I got there! My therapist and I actually already knew each other it turns out, bc she had taught the class on the rosary during RCIA! she is super sweet, and a really godly, devout catholic (also a covert!) and the fact that it’s all at my church, I just feel so much more comfortable being open with her and talking about everything that’s happened this year already and all the really overwhelming things that are about to happen very soon.
