Even if the Democrats take the House Trump has the Senate, which means if RBG kicks in the next few years he will have yet another SCOTUS nominee almost guaranteed to be confirmed. I’d say the blue wave has been more of a gentle tide.
Talking head on Fox calls it a victory for republicans. CNN talking head states it was an unprecedented and historic victory for Democrats. I’m partisan, but I really enjoyed watching those within moments of each other.
It’s funny how both parties will pat themselves on the back for accomplishing very little and pretty much guaranteeing that everything in the next four years will be a complete non-starter.
