There is so much to unwrap from the simple statement of “Jesus died for our sins” and it’s insulting to assume that the barest minimum unites anyone.
we just believe Jesus is in charge. If you do the same, I say Protestants and Catholics should stop fighting. Yes we disagree over a lot. Protestants do too, like Calvinism and Arminianism. And Eastern Orthodox and Roman Catholics disagree. But as long as we all agree Jesus died for our sins…
