I feel like people sometimes forget that you can have elements of socialism in the government without it being full on a socialistic government.
I feel like sometimes people forget that universal healthcare is absolutely an example of socialism regardless of whether or not the country employing it is “fully socialistic”.

Yet you and the person above you tried to correct me when I said “socialism” in reference to universal healthcare. Universal healthcare is one of the biggest elements of socialism there is. If it walks like a duck…
I said what I said because I feel like a lot of American left leaning people have this thought in their head that European countries are these full on socialistic utopias, without realizing that the Great Universal Health Care isn’t normally even free, that there are private sectors along side with public that people regularly have to use etc. I see a lot of people assuming from Finland, for example, that everything here is free from health care to education, when that’s just not the case. Not even in the public sector. I wasn’t disagreeing with you, sorry you felt that way.
Yall stahp demonizing socialism. Free universal healthcare should be done here too in america. Are Finland and France suddenly awful countries because they have free healthcare (and it’s socialst???) NO! Fools,,,, you
