Sure, it’s legal, but why would you? At that point in the pregnancy, I think it’s pretty clear you’re dedicated to giving birth, so why would you ever opt for an abortion? Legal abortion is there so your life can be saved if that pregnancy is killing you. Just think about this for two seconds. -V
An abortion at that stage is stupidly unsafe. A freaking C-section would be safer and ethical than a late term abortion. Abortion requires pulling out the baby peice by peice through the vagina without accidentally tearing up the uterus lining, which at that point is extremely thin. The other way is basically forcing a miscarriage via lethal injection so the mother would have to push a baby corpse out. Whoever thought late term abortion was a good idea should get their asses kicked.
