Okay, that one pisses me off too… When was Shang attracted to Ping? When did he show any indication that he wanted to hit that?

I think he was suspicious for reasons he couldn’t specify, but he might’ve sensed Mulan’s real identity somehow.

I think it was more that yes he was suspicious of Fa Ping, but also admired his strength and growth. And then when he found out that he was a she, the suspicion went away but the admiration remained, which combined with the attractiveness of Mulan is what made him fall for her.
