I can’t help but laugh at those Samsung “smart refrigerator” commercials where all the family is laughing and smiling at its cameras and telling it to order food for them. Like enjoy your government spy device. Samsung doesn’t even try to hide that their shit is constantly recording you.

This isn’t new, what’s new is the public’s indifference.

Just do some digging. AT&T (the orginal AT&T, not SBC AT&T) had readily provided government with a handset to any home or business within the US since it’s 1950′s under the purpose of providing access for ELINT.

Just outside El Paso the US government maintains one of the largest antenna farms in the Western hemisphere, under the original purpose of intercepting ELINT coming from South America, but now they can intercept all manner of ELINT in the region.

Government surveillance programs with the direct involvement of ISP and TELCO like; Boundless Information, Carnivore, Main Core, Magic Lantern, Mystic, Muscular, PRISM, BULLRUN, MAINTSAY, ect…

The FBI has had the means to access and control cellular devices since the 1990′s…

Bread & Circuses.

Haha Remember when pointing out this stuff would get you mocked as a conspiracy nut? Haha

This is why I keep an eye on conspiracies. Sometimes they’re very right …

The ubiquity of surveillance makes me feel both paranoid and helpless, since there’s not a lot you can personally do besides go live under a rock. I don’t use FB at all anymore but I do have a smart phone and all my laptop cameras are currently uncovered.

At the very least I want to put my foot down on third parties collecting and selling my info. I have an insane amount of ad-ons for my browsers and everything goes through a VPN right now but I’m sure there are still ways around all that.

Here’s the thing about conspiracies: the fact that we’ve all been gaslighted since about the 50s to write off anything other than the media narrative as a “conspiracy“ and not take it seriously is a conspiracy in and of itself.

There are absolutely conspiracies going on. We’ve seen literal proof of them. And for every JFK assassination or CIA mind control experiment there are probably 100 other things we don’t know about. Gone are the days where we could just sit and smile and accept what’s being told to us as the reality without question. Maybe those days never even really existed.
