Easy, one is an intersex biological atypical variation of genotype or phenotype, once commonly called a hermaphrodite, which is statistically rare; and the other is someone who only psychologically “feels” like they are the opposite biological sex. You are either purposely or ignorantly conflating actual biology with psychology.
Either way, it doesn’t matter. No one is excluding intersex boys from Boy Scouts. That’s not what the meme is referencing above, and you know it.

Intersex can either describe phenotype or genotype variation. Hermaphrodites classically represented the phenotype of both the ovaries and testes–not the penis and the vagina, you simpleton. Today, we understand it as a broader, more complex view of both chromosomal and observable characteristics.
Furthermore, transgender is distinguished from intersex. You keeping trying to conflate “self-image” into a biological topic. That’s not science, you dunce.
