So, he was saying the whole ”women regret sex and claim rape” and I told him to prove it.
Him: what?
Me: find me 10 cases of a woman regretting sex and claiming rape.
Him: I’ll have to google.
Me: I’ll wait.
*55 minutes pass*
Him: so I couldn’t find anything by googling but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. Also, here’s a link proving you can’t measure false allegations.
Me: ok first that link gave the definition they used for false allegations, and also the definition most police officers and law enforcement uses. Second, the link also listed a common trend between studies done on false allegations showing a percentage between 2-10 are false. Third, if it’s so common, how come you have yet to actually give me 1 case of false allegations. Perhaps you had trouble finding ten? So let’s lower it to 5.
Him: I’ll get back to you.
3 hours have passed. No response. I’ll keep you updated
Update. He just told me to ”research it”
Translation: you’re right and I’m wrong. I just won’t admit it.
Nikki Yovino, 18, of South Setauket, NY, has been charged with second-degree falsely reporting an incident and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence in connection to an incident at a Sacred Heart University football party in October, the Connecticut Post reports.
When pressed about inconsistencies in her original statement, Yovino admitted that she made up the rape allegations against the two football players in hopes of gaining sympathy from another man — a prospective boyfriend, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

the 38-year-old Sherri Penton of Denham Springs, met a deputy on a dating website.
The two met at a park in the town of Walker, then reportedly engaged in sexual acts in the bathroom of the park. Three days later, Penton went to a Baton Rouge area hospital and claimed that she was sexually assaulted by the deputy, State Police said. According to investigators, Penton and the deputy gave conflicting accounts of their interactions.
Penton told troopers that the deputy raped her in the back of his vehicle. The deputy told troopers that the sex was consensual and it took place in the restroom of the park.
Troopers were able to determine that the encounter occurred in the restroom using DNA and the State Police Crime Lab. The Crime Lab was unable to locate any evidence from the deputy’s vehicle indicating that Penton was ever inside.Investigators determined that Penton knowingly filed a false complaint alleging rape against the deputy.

10) Lindsay Gorman
Lying Lindsay Gorman, known as Linzi, sparked a huge manhunt when she told police she had been sexually assaulted late at night in Belfast’s Botanic Gardens in April 2008.
The 20-year-old from the plush Walnut Hollow area of Larne had, in fact, had drunken consensual sex with two different men in bushes at the park.
But detectives believed her pack of lies and a short time later arrested Campbell College student Mark McLean.
In June 2008, the innocent 18-year-old from east Belfast appeared in court charged with rape.
He was freed on £3,500 bail after being forced to stand handcuffed in the dock while a lawyer publicly accused him of being a sex offender.
A detective, fooled by Linzi’s lies, even told the court that police had forensic evidence linking Mark to a “high-profile stranger rape”.
Three weeks later later bed-hopping Linzi went to Newtownabbey PSNI station and admitted she made a false rape claim.
surprised emma “mattress girl” sulkowicz isn’t here, but then she never even actually slept with the guy she accused of raping her???
Oh, she actually did. And kept texting and messaging him. Then she claimed it wasn’t consensual and she had actually been traumatized.
And then made a porno about it. Musn’t forget the porno.
These take very little time to research. It is a lot more common than you think.
Huh, looks like OP deactivated. What a tragedy, I guess being questioned broke her like she claimed she broke a MGTOW. How saaaaad~
What’s so cool about naming a few shitty people who lied about being raped? Sure, maybe some people lied, but focusing all the attention on them is a disservice to thousands of men and women who have actually been sexually assaulted and then been accused of lying about it. If a rape case is found to be false, it should be quietly put away and forgotten about. If not, the notoriety of these cases just contributes to why people feel so reluctant to come forward and press charges of sexual assault against someone.
It shouldn’t just “go away quietly”, are you kidding me?
If a rape case is found to be false you have to immediately delve into whether or not it was an intentionally falsified accusation and if so punish the accuser harshly.
False accusations can and have ruined people’s lives. To say they should just go away quietly is quite frankly disgusting.
Yes, okay, but do it quietly. Don’t make a huge fuckoff public fuss about it, because then both the accuser and the accusee will be the target of a veritable shitstorm of abuse. And once it’s settled and brought to justice, the case shouldn’t be immortalised on the internet by men’s rights activists, because, like I said, that just scares actual rape victims out of coming forward.
Man: Hey so my life was essentially ruined by a malicious and false accusation of a heinous crime.
Tumblr: Yeah ok but shut up about it alright? We wouldn’t want to make a scene.
