I don’t know of anyone who followed pizzagate in 2016 that would have described the circumstances that constituted the controversy as snopes did here.
No one seriously familiar with the source of the allegation that I’m aware of ever intoned or believed that Clinton ran a pedo ring out of the basement of a pizza place in Washington.
By framing pizzagate with an absurd proposition they conveniently avoid James Alfantis, the Podesta Brothers and the WikiLeaks email dumps that created the crowd sourced investigation.
There remains copious amounts of smoke surrounding pizzagate. To blow it off with a factual mischaracterization, even if snopes thinks it’s a zany conspiracy theory, tells us all we need to know about their agenda.
